If your J-Armor system doesn't meet our precision standards, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

The Process

  1. Contact support@j-armor.shop for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
  2. Ship the product to our central inspection facility.
  3. Receive your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Lifetime Warranty
